Dial these beans in correctly, by weight and grind, and you're going to be in for a delightful taste of roast almonds that pleasantly lingers on with an overall well balanced flavour.
I used 18g of beans to pull 36g of lovely thick caramel gold crema for two lattes. I haven't had a chance to play around with pre-infusion with these beans yet, but I've got the feeling they do have more to offer. For sure an entry as one of my top 5 roasts that I would be glad to serve to guests to see their positive reaction. I will be ordering more well done to the Singh Beans team!!!
To summarise for my Desi brothers and sisters. If you like a smooth coffee, that is great at anytime of day, and that will even bring a big smile to the face of your grandmother who swears by making instant coffee desi style, then these are your beans!
