STANDARD - This service aims to get our delicious coffee to you within 3-5 working days (Royal Mail Second Class).
WHAT IF I’M NOT IN TO RECEIVE MY PARCEL
If you miss your delivery, our courier usually tries to deliver more than once. Alternatively, a card may be left confirming when they will try to redeliver or will advise you on how to collect the parcel.
I’VE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY PARCEL
If your estimated delivery date has passed and you still have not received your parcel, please contact our customer support team at: firstname.lastname@example.org
